Welcome to Plugd. These Terms govern your use of theplugd.com, a referral platform where promoters earn by sharing their referral link. By using Plugd, you agree to these Terms.

Plugd is a referral program. Promoters pay a one-time entry fee depending on their chosen plan tier (Starter: ₹199, Pro: ₹499, Max: ₹999) to join, receive a unique referral link, and earn referral commissions based on their plan tier for every new person who joins through that link. Plugd does not guarantee any specific earnings.

Joining Plugd as a promoter requires a one-time payment based on your chosen plan tier (Starter: ₹199, Pro: ₹499, Max: ₹999) processed via Dodo Payments. This fee is non-refundable once your account is activated.

You earn a commission for each person who joins Plugd through your unique referral link and completes their plan payment. The commission you earn is determined by your promoter plan tier: ₹100 for Starter, ₹250 for Pro, and ₹500 for Max. Earnings are tracked on your Dashboard and paid out twice a month via PayPal or UPI, whichever you have set in your profile. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹5,000.

To receive a payout, your account must have a valid payout method (PayPal or UPI) saved in your profile. Plugd reserves the right to withhold payouts if fraudulent activity is suspected.

To demonstrate platform capability and gamify promoter participation, the "Top Promoters" board, average daily earning stats, total platform payout metrics, charts, promoter profiles, and stats referenced in our educational resources may display simulated, virtual, or illustrative data. These profiles and figures represent simulated promotional performance based on mathematical referral growth models and do not guarantee or represent actual live earnings of specific historical individuals. Actual earnings of registered users are tracked separately on their respective Dashboards and paid out strictly based on verified conversions.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details. Plugd is not liable for failed payouts resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

All branding, design, and content of Plugd are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of Plugd without permission.

Plugd is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Plugd after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
